Aldi has launched a new range of hemp bed sheets that have caught the attention of shoppers across Australia.
The unique range is environmentally friendly as the hemp fibre requires minimal water to grow and is biodegradable.
Hemp seed oil and hemp plants are extracted from cannabis seeds, though they do not contain extracts of the cannabis plant.
While the plants are a similar type of species, hemp is legal and is regularly used to make industrial materials, including rope, textiles, clothing, shoes, paper and food.
The 100 per cent hemp sheets include a flat and fitted sheet with two pillowcases and are available in queen size for $139.99 or king size for $149.99.
Customers can choose between four different colours, including blue, forest green, sand and rust, with each offering a chic style with comfort.
The product is available across various store locations as part of the Aldi Special Buys
