The Hemp Farming Act of 2018 Aims to Legalize Hemp Cultivation and Medical CBD
In December of 2018, the U.S. Government legalized hemp; joining China, France, Great Britain and most of the developed world in recognizing that rope is not dope. To date, the dope or marijuana version of cannabis has been legalized on a state level in 33 states. Ten of those: Alaska, California, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, Oregon, Vermont, (and the District of Columbia) have legalized marijuana for anyone over the age of 21.
